PGM partners with each client to ensure all of landscape maintenance needs are being met, and often exceeded. We are concerned about the long-term health of your site. IRRIGATION/WATER MANAGEMENT
Given recent drought conditions and water restrictions, PGM is committed to good stewardship of a precious resource and passing that savings on to our property managers and owners.

Irrigation services include:

  • Installation—both new and modification of existing
  • Maintenance—correctly operating and efficient systems
  • Conservation (i.e. MP3 stream rotor heads and drop conservation

PESTICIDE APPLICATION
PGM is pro-active in maintaining a healthier turf with less weed invasion. Safe and environmentally friendly pre-emergent products are applied to also prevent weed populations.

SNOW REMOVAL
PGM begins planning for Colorado weather long before the first flake falls. We create a removal plan tailored to each site. We monitor storms and we are prepared and on-call 24/7, including holidays. 

We provide detailed, accurate reporting, including local newspaper documentation, a concise storm summary, and a detailed worksheet identifying all services and products provided.

ANNUAL COLOR (FLOWER OR SHRUB) INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE
Nothing can achieve a better “first impression” on site than a burst of color every season; flower beds are well prepared, planted, irrigated, and maintained to best provide this eye candy.

DAY PORTER
Whether it be daily—or multiple times weekly—PGM provides site policing and refuse/trash monitoring tailored to meet each client's needs.
